ELK WANDERS THRU OKLAHOMA TOWN: Look at what happened today in Altus! An elk made its way through several neighborhoods, jumping into backyards and surprising residents. The Animal Control team and Altus Police tried to guide the elk safely back toward open land, but it wasn’t working. To keep the public and the animal safe, Oklahoma Game Wardens and Animal Control Officers tranquilized the elk and relocated it back into the wild ❤️ | Lacie Lowry
