On Saturday at 12:58 p.m. EDT the National Weather Service released a wind advisory valid from Sunday 11 a.m. EDT until Monday midnight EDT for Cass, St. Joseph, Branch, Hillsdale and Berrien counties.

The advisory was for Oregon Lower Treasure Valley as well as Harney, Baker and Malheur counties. "Winds have diminished below criteria so the advisory will be allowed to expire," according to the National Weather Service.
