North Korean leader Kim Jong Un was seen touring a munitions factory, according to state media, as the country continues to test and expand its weapons capabilities.

South Korean President Lee Jae Myung told Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday their summit is an important opportunity for full restoration of South Korea-China relations.

The tests followed the US capture of Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro, which Pyongyang cited as proof of Washington's willingness to overthrow adversarial governments.
