There will be moderate rain during the day, forecasters from AccuWeather predict, with less than an inch of rain likely. Throughout the day, wind will be blowing north at 15 miles per hour.

Temperatures will fall into the mid 60s in the Valley Thursday morning. Thursday will be a cooler day, with high temperatures in the low to mid 80s. The rest of the state will see cooler temperatures as well, with highs dropping by about four to eight degrees.
