From what I read after a Google search, no. Brazil is the only one to use PAL-M, and it is incompatible with either PAL or NTSC.
So versatile it can be used in low vision systems, underground & underwater inspection, CCTV monitoring, security etc., Sony's FCB-EX line of block cameras welcomes the FCB-EX20D PAL and NTSC cameras.
